Having worked as a school teacher for over 7 years, I have had the privilege to help children and young adults develop skills to better equip themselves for a more successful future.

 

With that, I have also had the unfortunate experience of seeing first hand what bullying, violence and crime does and can do to children, young adults and their families.

 

It is for this reason that in 2016, I opened Krav Maga London Kids. Combining my passion for teaching and working with young people as well as my love for Self Defense, I was able to use my extensive pedagogical expertise to make a unique Kids Self Defense Club.

It is my privilege to be able to empower so many children and young people over the years as they learn more about themselves.

Every child who enters the training hall is welcomed regardless of experience or background. 

​

As well as teaching children Krav Maga, I also teach adults and am proud to be the first female instructor to have achieved Expert (black belt) level in England. 

​

When not teaching, I train in boxing, Muay Thai.  I am also a published author and poet.
