Having worked as a school teacher for over 7 years, I have had the privilege to help children and young adults develop skills to better equip themselves for a more successful future.

 

With that, I have also had the unfortunate experience of seeing first hand what bullying, violence and crime does and can do to children, young adults and their families.

 

It is for this reason that I started Krav Maga London Kids in 2016. As an offshoot of our parent school (Krav Maga London), I strive to combine my pedagogical expertise from teaching with the realistic approach of Krav Maga to provide fun, well-structured and safe classes.

Every child who enters the training hall is welcomed regardless of experience or background. 

​

As well as teaching children Krav Maga, I also teach adults and am proud to be the first female instructor to have achieved Expert (black belt) level in England. 

​

When not teaching, I train in boxing, Muay Thai.  I am also a published author and poet.
