COVID 19 

• Children should be physically fit to participate in the session. If your child has any cold, flu or suspected COVID19 symptoms, they must not attend the session and KML Kids should be notified immediately. 

• If your child has been in contact with anyone with suspected COVID19 symptoms, they should not attend the session. 

• Children should arrive in training appropriate clothing especially correct footwear to avoid use of changing rooms.

• Parents and children should follow the facility's guidelines regarding drop-off and collection, entering and exiting the site. These will be emailed to parents separately. 

• Temperatures will be taken before entering the site at the start of each session with a non-contact thermometer. 

• Children will sanitise hands before, during and after each session. KML Kids will provide each class with hand gels. 

• Children must bring their own water and no share water bottles or use water stations on site. Food must not be consumed on site. 

• Training will continue to be socially distanced and non-contact until it is deemed safe to ease restrictions. 

• If your child feels unwell during the session, they must let the instructor know immediately and stop any activity. The instructor will notify the parent or carer for your child to be collected. Your child will need to be isolated and refrain from any contact with others whilst waiting for collection.

• Children are expected to adhere to guidelines regarding social distancing and non-contact. Every measure is taken to ensure this is made clear to your child in a friendly and easy to follow way.

• Whilst every measure is  taken to ensure the health and safety of all class participants and instructors, you understand and accept that there will inevitably be an element of risk of illness and injury. Krav Maga London Kids cannot be held liable for any participant who has fallen ill or injured as a result.

Induction Trial Programme

• A trial class is £12.99 for one trial. 

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your child's class, you will need to contact us to reschedule.

• Refunds are not available if requested 48 hours prior to your first session OR if you have already rescheduled your session.

• Suitable sportswear with clean indoor trainers is required. If your child arrives without appropriate clothing, you will need to reschedule.

• All watches and jewellery must be removed prior to training.

• A Health Questionnaire and General Data Protection Form will need to be completed by a parent or legal guardian prior to training. Your child cannot attend the class without this form completed.

• If you have missed your induction, you will be contacted to ask if you wish to rebook. If we do not hear from you after 10 working days, we will assume your child no longer wishes to attend.

• Please allow between 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to clear into your account.

• Walk-ins and cash payments are not accepted.

Membership Fees

• Membership is £45 per student per month and is payable on a monthly rolling basis, one month upfront through direct debit. 

• Our direct debits are collected and processed by GoCardless Ltd.

• Direct debit is set up for either the 1st of 15th of each month. 

• Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of 1 month to as long as you wish at a £10 per month retainer fee. Requests to suspend your membership should be made in writing to: info@kravmagalondonkids.co.uk 

• Memberships can be cancelled at any time by providing us one month's written notice. Should you be unable to provide one month's notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to your monthly membership will be debited from your account. Requests to cancel your membership should be made in writing to: info@kravmagalondonkids.co.uk 

• Classes run every week except two weeks over Christmas, Easter, the month of August and on occasion when instructors are away on training (for example 2 weeks in June) or when there is a grading. 

• There is no reimbursement nor compensation for missed classes.

Personal belongings

• All students are responsible for their personal belongings including personal training equipment.

• Krav Maga London Kids and its instructors are not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged before, during and after the session.

• Please do not bring any valuables to the class. Bringing valuables are students’ own responsibility.

 

​Use of Krav Maga London Kids equipment

• All students are expected to treat all training equipment i.e. kick shields, focus mitts, etc. with care.

• Damage caused by any student other than usual ‘wear and tear’ but due to negligence and inappropriate behaviour will result in the student being responsible for the replacement of such equipment.

Photography and video recording

• In line with our Child Protection Policy, no photography or video recording is permitted during any session unless with the explicit permission of the instructor.

• During the session, instructor(s) may photograph the students to promote Krav Maga London Kids website. If you do not wish for your child to be in any photography, please inform the instructor prior to this.

Use of online tutorial videos

• Access to online tutorial videos are through a paid subscription service at £10 per month.

• Videos are for the purpose of supporting students with their Krav Maga education. 

• Videos should be used in a safe and sensible manner. Parents and students should follow all safety instructions and guidelines. 

• Krav Maga London Kids cannot be held responsible for any injury or accidents that occur during the use of videos. 

• Videos are the property of Krav Maga London Kids and must not be copied and/or shared with 3rd parties.

• Subscription is paid via GoCardless Direct Debit. Direct debit is set up for either the 1st of 15th of each month.
